Razorpay checkout for Syncpedia courses
How course payments work on Syncpedia — secure checkout powered by Razorpay.
Syncpedia course purchases are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you click Buy now on a course, you are taken to Razorpay Checkout to pay by UPI, cards, net banking, or other methods Razorpay supports in India.
Payments cover the selected Syncpedia course (or package) shown at checkout. The amount, currency (INR), and course name appear in the Razorpay payment window before you confirm. Taxes, if applicable, are included in the displayed total unless stated otherwise on the course page.
Once Razorpay confirms payment, Syncpedia unlocks the course in your student dashboard. Keep your payment receipt (Razorpay payment ID / order ID). You may need it for support or refund requests.
If a payment fails, no course access is granted. If money was deducted but the course did not unlock, wait a few minutes, then check your dashboard. If it is still missing, email hr@syncpedia.in with your registered Gmail, course name, and Razorpay payment ID.
To complete checkout we share limited details with Razorpay (such as name, email, phone if provided, and order amount). Razorpay processes card and UPI data on its own secure systems. See also our Privacy Policy.
